
I was initially drawn to yoga for the physical practise. Over time, I became curious of the subtle benefits from my practise. I noticed that connecting with my breath and through slower practises like yin and somatic movement I felt more aware of my emotional state.
What we may need at any moment is always fluctuating. By taking a small moment to connect inwards and ask ourselves what we need, can be a profound gift.
